Could the County please confirm the milestone dates associated with this RFI? Different dates are mentioned across the online posting and two RFI documents. For instance, the Question Submission Deadline is mentioned as being both 12/4/20 and 12/10/20. It also mentions 12/17/20 and 1/8/21 as the Proposal submission deadline. If possible, use of the later dates for both milestones would help ensure that interested vendors can provide quality submissions given the upcoming holidays. Thank you. - Nov 25 2020 at 7:42 AMWashington County, Oregon
I have extended the questions timeframe to Dec 31st and the proposal deadline is January 8th.

Could the County please offer examples of how “Customer Social Q&A online board” functionality would fit into e-Citation workflows? - Dec 8 2020 at 7:28 AMWashington County, Oregon
It doesn't fit into e-Citation workflows. We are wanting to know if your customers have an online posting board (Blog) to share how they are using the system, and to ask questions to see if other users have resolved an issue or challenge we are facing with the app.

The RFI asks for information about agencies using the respondent’s “Custody Management System.” We assume that the County means to refer to the solicited e-Citation solution. - Dec 8 2020 at 7:28 AMWashington County, Oregon
Yes, that is correct, it should have said E-Citation solution.

Regarding the requirement for integration with CentralSquare CAD: a. Has the County already procured an interface that the e-Citation vendor can use to receive data from the CAD? b. Or, is the County expecting the selected vendor to work with CentralSquare to build an interface to the CAD? And, to pass through the costs of building the CAD interface to the County? c. If the County has already procured one, please share the technical specifications for the CAD interface. - Dec 8 2020 at 7:28 AMWashington County, Oregon

These RFI requirements refer to “integration with Justice, Circuit, and Municipal court systems.” a. In what format should the vendor provide citation data so it can be uploaded into these systems? b. Is there a preferred method that the vendor should use to transmit the data into these systems? (SFTP, web services, etc.) c. Regarding the Municipal Court system; has the County already procured an interface that the e-Citation vendor can use to exchange data with the Court’s system? d. Or, is the County expecting the selected vendor to build an interface to the Court’s system? Please elaborate on what the County means by “sensor integration.” - Dec 8 2020 at 7:28 AMWashington County, Oregon
This is a future expectation that the solution we choose is forward looking technology. Sensors - hard and soft are becoming more prevalent and we would hope that the solution vendor we select would look to take advantage of sensor technology even soft sensors in the application.

- Anonymous Dec 7 2020 at 12:13 PMUser information is private
Would it be acceptable for vendors to embed the RFI’s requirements table in a document of their own creation, so long as they follow the exact structure, format, and language as is shown in the RFI’s Project Overview, Response Format, and Response Content instructions? This approach would simplify the County’s review by allowing vendors to offer a single RFI response document that contains all requested information instead of submitting multiple files and attachments. - Dec 8 2020 at 7:28 AMWashington County, Oregon
yes, that is fine.
