Are there any electricity poles in these multi-use trails? If yes, can we get some info about their locations. If not, we may have to install small panels as well for these locations.

Electricity poles are present near some multi-use trails and not present near others. For any proposal, please provide information that identifies costs for both scenarios (I.e. costs for when your solution is able to utilize existing infrastructure, and costs for when additional installation infrastructure is needed.)

WIFI networks or hotspot networks are available near some locations being considered for biking and/or walking counts and not available near others. For any proposal, please provide information that identifies costs for both scenarios (I.e. costs for extracting data when your solution is able to utilize existing WIFI networks or hotspot networks, and costs for data extraction when WIFI or hotspot networks are not available or need to be added for the solution.)

Since we do not have sufficient information, may we develop a budget for a pilot area with a unit price?

Proposed solutions can outline the costs associated with developing a minimum-scale program (e.g. a pilot program), and the additional costs needed to scale up/add capacity to the minimum-scale program. Please ensure the Cost Proposal, attachment 10-H to the RFP, is completed and submitted along with any pilot area budget provided. Proposed solutions must also identify the costs associated with offering services and equipment to other agencies and if any different terms and conditions would apply if other agencies were to utilize the services offered to SACOG.
