Summary
The City of Aurora, Illinois is looking for a comprehensive Records Management System(s) for the Aurora Fire Department. The needed system(s) would support the Fire Department in all areas including Fire Prevention, Scheduling, Training, Reporting etc. The City would prefer one system but is open to multiple that work together. The goal is to create greater back-office efficiencies in the department to improve safety and service.
