6. Cost Proposal May 12 2021 at 11:48 AM
- May 12 2021 at 11:48 AMBrazos Valley Council of Governments
Vendor question received by email: My question is when we open the spreadsheet, there are 125 line items but it says there are 400 to be quoted, can you perhaps tell me if I'm missing something ? - May 12 2021 at 11:49 AMBrazos Valley Council of Governments
The spreadsheet contains 125 items. You are to add the next 275 items, for a total of 400. The items should be some of your most popular items that customers want to purchase, so the contract will be as attractive as possible to the End Users. Items can be name-brand, generic, or a brand specific to your store. Because this is a cooperative contract, there are not specific users in place with a specific list of items to bid. Instead, this is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. The resulting contract can be used by any member of PSA to purchase any of the items you sell (or a subset of the items you sell, if you prefer). The buyers will have the assurance that the contract was competitively bid and meets federal regulations, but the buyers won’t have to spend time managing the RFP or the contract.
7. PSA Administration Fee Jun 14 2021 at 9:43 AM
- Jun 14 2021 at 9:43 AMBrazos Valley Council of Governments
Vendor question received by email: "The bid package indicates that for awarded offeror, admin fee would apply. I would like to know how much that would be." - Jun 14 2021 at 11:19 AMBrazos Valley Council of Governments
This answer can be found in Part 7 Section 5 of the RFP. "Unless negotiated otherwise, the fee on all Contractor sales made pursuant to the PSA contract is to be calculated by multiplying the total monthly invoice amount by 3%."
