1. Introduction

In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A. R. S. 15-213, bids for the material or services specified will be received by the Joseph City Unified School District electronically through ProcureNow.

Proposals received by the correct time and date shall be opened and the vendor’s who submitted shall be publicly read. After the proposals submitted in response to Request For Proposal are opened and the award is made the governing board shall make available for public inspection all information, all offers and all findings and other information considered in determining whose offers is found to be the most advantageous with respect to price, conformity to the specifications and other factors to be selected for the award.

1. Summary

Joseph City Unified School District is seeking Special Education Services for students. There is one (1) Elementary School and one (1) Jr/Sr High School that share the same campus.

Special education for disabled students is available Kindergarten through twelfth grade. Individual assistance for students from homes where English is not the primary language spoken is provided. Academically talented students are also identified for specific programming.

The District uses IEP Pro software and does it's MIPs billing through DSC Top.
